Total headcount of personnel of the corporation comes to around 6 thousand people.

As blanks, purchased forgings and electroslag remelting ingots produced at specialized enterprises are used.
JSC Kushva Roll Manufacturing Factory
Kushva Roll Manufacturing Factory is one of the oldest Urals plants, the factory was founded back in 1735 as the State steel foundry to process iron ore from the new discovered highest-grade field at the Blagodat Mountain.
In 1964 the first roll was cast in the plant’s foundry. And since 1964 the plant specializes in cast rolls production.
In 1967 the roll machine shop was launched, and in 1970 an induction furnace was installed in the foundry. In 1983, the centrifugal casting of tube rollers was made. In 1992, the plant was transformed into JSC Kushva Roll Manufacturing Factory .
